Teacher Workshop:

Dr. Taha-Thomure earned her Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of New Orleans in 2001. She holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut.  She is the Director of the Arabic Language Program at San Diego State University's Language Acquisition Resource Center and is also a lecturer in the Department of Linguistics and Oriental Languages.

 

 

Learn from Dr. Hanada Taha-Thomure how to apply The Theory of Multiple Intelligence and Reading Strategies to your Preschool

Dr. Taha-Thomure taught Arabic and headed Arabic departments in various schools in Lebanon, Sultanate of Oman, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates and The United States and has trained Arabic language teachers in Lebanon, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates and continues to work with teachers in the United States.  She also managed the Scholastic My Arabic Library program in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Dr. Taha-Thomure is the author of Academic Freedom in Arab Universities in addition to several children's scripted plays and she has also recently been asked to develop the Arabic Language Curriculum at Riffa Views International School in Bahrain.
